Why You Should Swim, Bike, Run or Tri...

There's no better reason to Swim, Bike, Run or do whatever exercise, than to be healthy. I need not explain the benefits. For me, it's quite simple...

Hey, congratulations on the flatter stomach. I lost about the same number of pounds. If we Tri real hard, before the year ends we shall all have washboard abs! :-)
